Description: Are you a performer itching for some stage time? Are you someone new to this and looking to try improv for the first time ever? Come on out to our Free Improv Jam! All experience levels are welcome to sign up and hop on stage. Don’t have any improv experience? No worries! You’ll be paired with a more experienced improviser so you two can shine together. You’ll do a scene or two, have some fun, and maybe make some new friends! The jam is hosted by Jabari Dortch and Rachel Semigran who also appear in the Crossroads show Extree Extree: Comedy Inspired by the News. Bring some friends and come play with us!

Additional Details: This event is all about audience participation. You can come to watch, but we encourage you to get up and play in this super supportive environment.

There will be a concessions stand in the lower lobby stocked with lite snacks and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. This is another small way you can support our growing theater company.

Bio: Crossroads Comedy Theater is a roaming home for comedy shows, podcasts, and classes that take places on stage, online, and on-air. At just over a year old, Crossroads has already been featured in various festivals, has had classes highlighted in the media including the Philadelphia Inquirer, and has hired to work with various organizations on improv trainings and private shows in the Philadelphia area and beyond.
